Giclee or Iris Prints
Giclee (zhee-klay) is a French feminine noun meaning a spray or spurt of liquid. The term "giclee print" connotes an elevation in printmaking technology. The images are generated from a high resolution digital scan of the artwork and then printed with archival quality inks that "spray" onto 100% rag paper.
Robin has collaborated with expert printers to achieve stunning fidelity to the original artwork. The visual quality of each print is extremely high and the color saturation and definition is exquisite. Each reproduction has a limited edition of prints and each print is signed and numbered by the artist. Edition sizes vary from 100-250.
